I work across writing, print and reflective practice.
As a poet and letterpress printer, I’m interested in how words take shape - on the page, in the hand, and in imagination. Alongside this, I am training as a counsellor, where attention, listening and presence play a central role.
These strands come together in an approach that values process as much as outcome. Whether through making a print, writing a poem, or facilitating a workshop, the focus is on slowing down, noticing what is present, and allowing clarity to emerge through the act of expression itself.
